class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of the \u201cSupport for Decentralization and Strengthening of Local Finances in Tunisia (ADEC II)\u201d project, the initiative aims to strengthen municipalities\u2019 capacity to provide more efficient, transparent, and accessible local administrative services to citizens.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Covering <strong>7 governorates and 21 municipalities<\/strong> across northwestern and west-central Tunisia, the project introduces a new model for <strong>Municipal Administrative Service Centers (MSAs)<\/strong>, directly managed by municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The main challenges include:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Public service integration:<\/strong> Connecting multiple service providers and national information systems despite technical, compatibility, and synchronization challenges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adoption of the new model:<\/strong> Supporting municipalities in adopting the solution and managing organizational change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Harmonization of practices:<\/strong> Ensuring a consistent service experience and standardized quality levels across municipalities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Territorial &amp; financial inclusion:<\/strong> Bringing
