public services in Tunisia, <strong>GRB 2.0 (Budgetary Resources Management)<\/strong> aims to modernize the financial management of local authorities and accelerate their digital transformation.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The new version builds on <strong>GRB 1.0<\/strong>, whose architecture and operating model presented several limitations:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><strong>Fragmented data:<\/strong> A separate database for each local authority.<\/li><li><strong>Outdated architecture:<\/strong> Client-server architecture and decentralized on-premise infrastructure.<\/li><li><strong>Limited interoperability:<\/strong> Restricted data exchanges with other financial systems, resulting in duplicate data entry and reprocessing.<\/li><li><strong>Need for a modern and scalable foundation:<\/strong> To support the digitalization of local authorities and the integration of new
