class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Launched in June 2020 with financial support from the <strong>World Bank<\/strong>, the <strong>GovTech Tunisia<\/strong> program aims to improve the accessibility, quality, and accountability of public services, particularly in education, social protection, and administrative reform.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Within this framework, the <strong>PNPA project<\/strong> aims to establish and operate the <strong>National Register of Administrative Procedures<\/strong>, a reference platform providing citizens and businesses with centralized access to information on administrative procedures.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The project addresses several key challenges:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><strong>Fragmented information:<\/strong> Administrative procedures were dispersed across different sources, heterogeneous, sometimes undocumented, and occasionally outdated.<\/li><li><strong>Complex administrative procedures:<\/strong> Citizens and businesses faced difficulties identifying and understanding the procedures applicable to them.<\/li><li><strong>Large-scale harmonization:<\/strong> Aligning <strong>+25 ministries and public institutions<\/strong> around a common, regularly updated reference
