class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lanc\u00e9 en juin 2020 avec le soutien financier de la Banque mondiale, le <strong>programme GovTech Tunisie<\/strong> vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s, la qualit\u00e9 et la redevabilit\u00e9 des services publics, notamment dans les domaines de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la protection sociale et de la r\u00e9forme administrative.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans ce cadre, le projet PNPA vise \u00e0 mettre en place et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le <strong>Registre National des Proc\u00e9dures Administratives<\/strong>, une plateforme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence donnant aux citoyens et aux entreprises un acc\u00e8s centralis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019information sur les proc\u00e9dures administratives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-574f36b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"574f36b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le projet r\u00e9pond notamment \u00e0 plusieurs enjeux :<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Fragmentation de l\u2019information<\/strong> : proc\u00e9dures dispers\u00e9es, h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, parfois non document\u00e9es ou obsol\u00e8tes.<\/li><li><strong>Complexit\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches<\/strong> : difficult\u00e9 pour les citoyens et les entreprises \u00e0 identifier et comprendre les proc\u00e9dures applicables.<\/li><li><strong>Harmonisation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/strong> : alignement de +25 minist\u00e8res et institutions autour d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel commun et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mis \u00e0 jour.<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Proc\u00e9dures Administratives PNPA<\/strong>, un portail unifi\u00e9 et un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel centralis\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des proc\u00e9dures administratives de plus de <strong>25 minist\u00e8res<\/strong> et de la Pr\u00e9sidence du Gouvernement. L\u2019objectif : offrir aux citoyens un acc\u00e8s simplifi\u00e9, clair et transparent \u00e0 l\u2019information
