Presales Engineer


  • Ensure continuous monitoring of digital channels to identify new opportunities: AO / AMI on the African and European continents,

  • Technical and economic dimensioning of calls for tender (analysis and synthesis of specifications, etc.),

  •  Study the company’s capacity to take on the project and communicate the challenges with the technical study committee through the presentation of the client’s needs and the necessary dashboards,

  • Prepare a summary of the tender with clear elements for decision making (GO/NO GO),

  • Administer the presentations relating to the bids put together internally or with partners,

  • Write the technical presentation of the commercial offer based on the proposed technical solution, design a relevant proposal in terms of price (by implementing the strategies and pricing policies defined by the management),

  • Organise, plan and coordinate the management of complex offers,

  • Take responsibility for the drafting of the offer, extracting task packages and having them validated by the people concerned, monitoring their progress and grouping them together to integrate them into the offer,

  • Define the functional and technical architecture of the requested solutions,

  • Establish the detailed project schedule and the workload plan,

  • Draw up the workload estimate and establishing a financial offer taking into account all deliverables,

  • Write a functional solution tailored to the client’s needs,

  • Create and maintain a library of elements and components that can be reused in bids such as: CVs, Project sheets, certificates of completion, presentations, …

    – Innovate to simplify and automate processes by ensuring the necessary documentation,

    – Contribute to the definition of the sales and marketing strategy and its tools,

  • Ensure technological and competitive intelligence to maintain the competitiveness of the offer,

  • Lead and maintain a relationship with our partners to build joint offers and optimise our joint chances of success,

  • Follow up on the offers submitted,

  • Analyse the causes of unsuccessful offers.


  • Higher education in computer science or ICT with a minimum of 4 years experience in the Presales function,

  • You have good writing skills with good written and verbal communication skills in French and English,

  • Organisational skills, analytical mind and ability to work both in a team and independently,

  • Rigour, reactivity and respect for deadlines will enable you to succeed in your missions,

  • Knowledge of project financial evaluation would be highly appreciated.
