- Study the capacity of the company to take charge of the project and communicate the challenges with the technical review committee through the presentation of the client’s needs and the necessary Dashboards.
- Actively contribute to decision-making meetings (GO / NO GO) and engagement committee,
- Administer the defenses relating to the offers set up internally only with the partners.
- Write the technical presentation of the commercial offer from the proposed technical solution, design a relevant price proposal (by implementing the pricing strategies and policies defined by the management).
- Organize, plan, and coordinate the management of complex offers,
- Take charge of drafting the offer, extract batches of tasks and assign them to the people concerned, monitor their progress, and group them to integrate them into the offer.
- Create and maintain a library of reusable elements and components in offers such as CVs, Project sheets, certificates of completion, presentations, …
- Innovate to simplify and automate processes by ensuring the necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the definition of the sales and marketing strategy and its tools
- Ensure a technological and competitive watch to maintain the competitiveness of the offer.
- Animate and maintain a relationship with our partners to build joint offers and optimize our common chances of success.
- Follow up on submitted offers.
