Yassine Kaaniche
Head of Operations
Yassine studied Elektrotechnik at the Fachhochschule of Munich and has been working in the IT industry since 1998. He is cofounder of think tank Tunis in 1999 and he participated at many software development projects in different sectors as a developer, then as a project manager and product owner.
Currently he is responsible for sales, administration, finance and account management.
Yassine spends his free time with his family and taking care of his children.

Mohamed Guermazi
Technical Head
‘Guermazi‘ studied electrical engineering at TU Munich and works in the IT sector since 1996. Since 2000 he is a board member of think tank Tunis.
Mohamed started off being a developer, spending days and nights developing great applications and implementing many tricky projects.
During the last years, he focused on doing technical project management. He also is in charge for our internal business processes, currently he optimizes our departments communication processes and implemented our progress tracking system.
Mohamed is our all-rounder, he always knows how or where to find the right solution to move on and get a problem fixed.
In his free time Mohamed loves to tinker and to build furniture. He also enjoys traveling with his family, quite a lot, but never without his toolbox – ‘cause you never know what comes along.

Zied Saïdi
Technical Lead
Zied Saïdi studied software engineering and works in the computer software industry since 2005. At think tank he leads development teams and manages the realization of IT projects. He is specialized in frontend frameworks and Mobile development.
Zied is the solid rock for the juniors @ think tank Tunis, he is always available for questions, always relaxed and kind. He finds his peace of mind by doing hiking tours in his spare time. Also he loves to travel – on his own usually or with his family - , his most favourite place is his kitchen where he likes to try new receipts.

Zouhaier Sebri
Technical Lead / Software Architect
Zouhaier studied computer engineering and works at the IT engineering sector since 2007. At think tank, he is lead developer and architecture teams and is responsible for new software development technologies – always being up to date regarding cutting edge technologies.
Secretly, he still hopes to become a football star, one day – but until that happens, he stays with think tank and inspires us – always up for good joke.

Abderrahmen Messadi
Lead of Design
‘Abdu‘ studied computer science with a solid background in multimedia and front-end development. Since 2008 he is a member of think tank Tunis. Since 2017 he is the Lead of Design. He knows a lot about design architecture, like analyzing business and requirements, designing work flows, site-maps, wireframes, , etc. - almost everything 🙂 . He has a lot on his plate, juggling it very well and if it comes to new ideas, he can’t wait diving into implementation.
In his free time he watch sports or discover world by traveling, among his adventures he was about to miss the speed boat at Maya Bay in Thaïlande and spend the night in a desert island, this is because he loved swimming in the turquoise water so much and couldn‘t get out of the water ...

Hana Attia
Scrum Master / Quality Manager
Hana studied computer networks and works in the software testing since 2012. At think tank, she is responsible for software quality and assurance. She is the hawks eye @ think tank, loving the detail and finds every tiny mistake that would have been missed by everybody else. Hana spends her free time with her family and caring for her son.
